I appreciate your business!
Scheduling Appointments
- All services are by appointment only.
- Using my website, you can reschedule or cancel your appointments up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- To cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time, please text me for assistance at 850-313-3187
- Any cancellations or reschedule requests within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will be charged a $25 fee, and the collected deposit will be non-refundable.
- All appointments scheduled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 20% surcharge.
- If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment, such as vehicle, location, time, or services, please text me for assistance at 850-313-3187. I will do my best to accommodate change requests, however due to my schedule with other clients, not all changes may be able to be accepted.
Deposit Payments
- I require a 20% deposit payment to reserve your service appointment.
- Deposits can be made using my booking website, or through any of the accepted electronic payment methods viewed at this link: Links
- Collected deposits for tickets over $300 are non-refundable.
- Collected deposits for tickets under $300 may be refundable when cancelling at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
- Collected deposits for tickets under $300 will be non-refundable, but can be applied as credit to future invoices, if/when cancelling or rescheduling less than 24 hours from your scheduled appointment time. The credit must be used within 45 days of the originally scheduled appointment.
- Collected deposits for tickets under $300 are non-refundable and a fee of $25 will be charged in the event of a “no show” for your scheduled appointment, or when canceling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time.
Invoice Payments
- Invoice payments are due at the time of completed service.
- Unpaid invoices will be subject to a late fee of 10% after 48 hours, and an additional 10% fee every 48 hours thereafter that the invoice remains unpaid.
- Repeated overdue invoices may result in termination of future services, or requirement of prepayment in full for future services.
- All work is deemed COMPLETE after payment for services. No refunds will be provided for the work completed. If you are not completely satisfied with the work completed or services provided, you must contact me within 24 hours and I will make best efforts to correct the issue(s) in a timely manner.
Service Costs
- I reserve the right to update my pricing at any time.
- Pricing estimates made through the booking system will be guaranteed for 30 days. After 30 days, estimates will be subject to current pricing.
- Estimate tickets created through the booking system are not exact quotes, they are estimates with a starting price based on vehicle size and/or services requested.
- If a service does not show a price (it will show "Estimate Required" or "$0") and you would like a more accurate estimate, please text me at 850-313-3187 with a few photos of the area(s) in question. Photos can also be emailed at blackbirdautodetail@gmail.com.
- Final pricing will always be determined by the condition of the vehicle on the day of the appointment, as the condition of the vehicle can change up to the time of the appointment.
